SPECIAL NOTE TO PARENTS: Most other high schools
do not require uniforms. If you cannot get your child to
wear the uniform, please enroll him or her at another school. Please do no send your child
to school without the uniform worn properly, or purchase
uniforms that are too large. Parents whose children
are not in uniform will be called & asked to bring a uniform
to school so the student can attend class.
The uniform requirement was passed by the LSDMC in 2005 with
parent input, and is designed to reduce school clothing
expenses for families, and to eliminate distracting or
inappropriate dress and competition in dressing.
